Useful things to send:

Something is broken, or behaves differently in your browser than it should.
A feature that is obviously missing from one of the editors.
A factual correction, including anything wrong on the legal pages.
Anything about privacy or your data, covered by the privacy policy.

When you report a bug it saves a round trip if you say which browser and operating system you are on, and what you did just before it went wrong.

One thing we cannot help with: recovering a lost note. Your notes are stored in your own browser and never reach us, so there is no copy on our side to send back. If you have cleared your browsing data, closed a private window, or switched browser or device, the note is gone and nobody can retrieve it. Use the download button for anything you cannot afford to lose.

There is no support desk and no ticket number. Replies come when they come, but they do come.
